1. Who may use the service

The service is intended for people over 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when registering and recovering access.
• One person may maintain one account; creating multiple accounts to manipulate activity is prohibited.

3. Conduct

When using Georgetown, you agree not to publish or forward material that:

• violates Russian law, third-party rights, or dignity;
• contains insults, harassment, incitement to hatred, or threats;
• contains spam, advertising, fraudulent schemes, or links to them;
• contains pornography, scenes of violence, or content harmful to minors;
• distributes malicious code or interferes with the service.

The Administration may hide or delete such content, restrict publishing temporarily or permanently, and block accounts of violators.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you create. By publishing it on Georgetown, you allow us to store and display it to other users as part of operating the service. You may delete your content; individual copies may remain in backups for some time.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for user-posted content or losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may change these Terms and the service rules. Material changes will be published on this page; the date of the latest update appears below. By continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.
